Fluorescein-Oleic acid ,FITC-Oleic acid,Oleic acid-FITC from ruixi.FITC labeled Oleic acid. Oleic acid fluorescein is one of SLT  fatty acid lipid fluorescein conjugates that is highly hydrophobic. Oleic acid is an un-saturated C18 fatty acid that can interact well with hydrophobic cell membrane or lysome membrane. Fluorescein modified oleic acid has strong green fluorescence with exitation or emission at 494 nm or 515 nm. Oleic acid fluorescein thus can be an excellent membrane imaging agent.
